End User License Agreement
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and LBV ehf., kennitala 670720-0980, Litlabæjarvör 17, 225 Garðabær, Iceland (“RevokeMail”, “we”). It covers the Recall24 Gmail extension for Chrome and the Recall24 Outlook add-in (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you accept this EULA and our Terms of Service.
1. License
We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Software to send and recall emails with Recall24, in line with this EULA and our Terms of Service.
2. What you may not do
copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the Software;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows it;
remove notices of ownership from it;
use it to break the law or our Terms of Service.
3. What the Software accesses
The Software reads the email you are writing only when you send it with Recall24. In a sent email, the Outlook add-in reads only that email’s text, to find its Recall24 link and show you its status. The Software does not read your inbox, contacts or other emails. It stores a sign-in token on your device for 30 days, or until you disconnect. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
4. Updates
We may release updates to fix problems, improve security or change features. Updates may install automatically through the store or channel you installed the Software from. This EULA applies to updates too.
5. Google and Microsoft
The Software runs in Google Chrome and Gmail, or in Microsoft Outlook. Google and Microsoft are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the Software. Your use of their products is governed by their own terms.
6. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We, and our licensors, keep all rights to it that this EULA doesn’t expressly give you.
7. Ending the license
You can end this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software. The license ends automatically if you break this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and remove it.
8. No warranty and liability
The Software is provided “as is”. The warranty and liability terms in sections 10 and 11 of our Terms of Service also apply to the Software.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Icelandic law, and disputes are handled by the courts of Iceland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
